Molly Breidenthal is a New York-based Restaurant Consultant, Private Chef, and Event Chef

Molly is a culinary professional with over 25 years of experience in many facets of the hospitality industry. She started fresh out of high school as a dishwasher, and over many formidable and rewarding years, steadfastly climbed the ladder to executive chef positions in New York restaurants. After reaching fulfillment in this arena, she pivoted to full time restaurant consulting, and private/event chef work. Each of these allows her to use the various skills she acquired over those many years in unique, challenging, and fun ways.
